These terms apply to the Aire marketing website at aireone.io. They do not govern accounts, document uploads, credits or processing in the separate KYB documents agent. Product-specific terms must be provided separately for those services.

AirSend, a company registered in Singapore, operates this website. Aire is our product name. Questions about these terms can be sent to henry@aireone.io.
This website explains the product direction, provides demonstrations and lets you contact us. By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
2. Demonstrations and availability
Aire's workflow demonstrations use sample scenarios and simulated actions. A demonstration does not establish that a feature, integration or automated workflow is available in a production service. Availability, deployment requirements and any commercial commitments must be confirmed separately in writing.
Links to the KYB documents agent and other services lead to separate experiences. Review the notices and terms applicable to each before creating an account or submitting documents.
3. Information and automated outputs
Website materials and demonstrations are for general information and evaluation. They are not legal, regulatory or professional advice and do not establish that your organisation meets its compliance obligations.
Automated outputs can contain errors or omissions. Review outputs against source material and your organisation's requirements before relying on them. Your authorised reviewers remain responsible for final onboarding, compliance and risk decisions.
4. Acceptable use and enquiries
Use the website lawfully and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not interfere with its operation, circumvent access controls or misrepresent your identity.
Only send information that you are authorised to share. Do not submit identity documents, customer files, credentials or other sensitive material through the website enquiry form. Contact us first to discuss an appropriate process.
Submitting an enquiry or booking a demonstration does not place an order or create a paid subscription. Any fees, usage limits, cancellation terms or service levels require a separate agreement.

AirSend or its licensors hold the rights in the website's original content, branding and software. You may view and share links to public pages for lawful purposes. Other use of protected material requires the rights holder's permission, except where permitted by law.
You retain your rights in material you send us. You permit us to use that material to handle your enquiry, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply a partnership or endorsement. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Availability and responsibility
We may update, interrupt or withdraw website content or demonstrations. We do not promise continuous availability or that informational material is complete, current or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These website terms do not create a service-level agreement or set liability terms for a separately contracted product.
