These Terms govern access to the Radius platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Enterprise customers may operate under a separately signed Master Service Agreement.
1. The service
Radius provides a collaborative AI assistant and developer workspace including codebase search, context synthesis, integrations, and agentic workflows.
2. Your account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials confidential
- Actions taken by users you invite
- Ensuring the data you upload is lawful
3. Fees
Fees are as described in your order form or on our pricing page. Payment is due in advance and non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service in ways described in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it.
5. Data ownership
You own your data. We claim no ownership over content you upload. We process it on your behalf per the DPA.
6. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. On termination we retain your data for 30 days to allow export, then delete it.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London.
