1. Scope
This policy applies to the Aire marketing website and its enquiry channels, operated by AirSend. Product accounts and document processing require their own applicable terms.
2. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the website to:
- Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
- Submit malware, credentials obtained without authority, or unlawful content.
- Access systems or information without authorisation, defeat access controls, or circumvent rate limits.
- Disrupt the website, overload its infrastructure or interfere with other visitors.
- Impersonate another person or send fraudulent, abusive or unsolicited communications.
- Collect or submit another person's personal data without authority.
Only share enquiry information you are authorised to provide. Do not send customer identity documents, confidential customer files or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
3. Security research
Report a suspected vulnerability to henry@aireone.io. Reporting does not authorise testing against live systems. Obtain written permission before tests that access data, disrupt service or bypass controls. Nothing here limits activities or rights that applicable law expressly permits.
4. Response to misuse
We may restrict website access or stop handling enquiries when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect others or comply with law. We may report suspected unlawful conduct where required or appropriate under applicable law. This website policy does not set refund or suspension terms for a separate paid product.
