This notice covers the Aire marketing website at aireone.io and enquiries made through it. It does not describe account, document-upload or AI processing in the separate KYB documents agent. Review the product-specific privacy information before submitting documents there.
1. Who handles your information
AirSend, a company registered in Singapore, operates this website. Aire is our product name. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact henry@aireone.io.
2. Information collected
Enquiries: If you contact us using the form, we receive your name, work email, company, role, team size, enquiry type and message, to the extent you provide them. We also receive information you send in subsequent correspondence.
Website usage: Website analytics can collect pages viewed, navigation, section interactions, link clicks, visit timing, device/browser information, referral sources and campaign identifiers. Page URLs and referrers may contain query parameters; do not include personal information or secrets in URLs you share.
Technical information: Website hosting and delivery involve technical information such as IP addresses and request details. Analytics may use browser identifiers, cookies or local storage. See our Cookie and Browser Storage Notice.
This marketing website does not itself provide account registration or document uploads. Links to other services do not extend this notice to their processing.
3. Purposes
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, discuss your requirements and maintain related correspondence. We use website usage information to understand visits and improve website content. Technical information also supports website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse.
Contacting us about an enquiry does not by itself mean you have opted into unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop enquiry follow-up or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. This may limit our ability to respond or continue the requested discussion.
4. Service providers and disclosures
The website uses Vercel for hosting and web analytics, PostHog for website usage analytics, and Resend to deliver contact-form enquiries to our mailbox. Our email service also handles that correspondence. See the Website Service Providers notice for the scope of that list.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to address unlawful use, or to obtain professional advice where necessary. We do not describe website analytics as fully anonymous or make product-provider model-training commitments in this website notice.
5. Overseas processing
Providers may process information outside Singapore. This website does not promise Singapore-only or EU-only storage. Where Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act requires safeguards for an overseas transfer, those requirements apply; a provider's location alone does not establish compliance.
Contact us if you need details about data handling before sharing information. Deployment-specific location requirements for a product must be assessed separately.
6. Retention and protection
Retention depends on the purpose of the information, correspondence needs, provider settings and applicable legal requirements. We do not promise a fixed website-wide deletion or backup period. Under applicable retention requirements, personal data should no longer be retained when its purpose has ended and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
The website is served over HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage system is risk-free. Do not use the enquiry form to send sensitive customer information, identity documents or credentials.
7. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Other rights may apply depending on the law governing your information. We may need to verify your identity and clarify a request, and applicable exceptions may affect what we can provide. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
The Cookie and Browser Storage Notice explains the existing PostHog opt-out and its limits. Browser privacy settings may also restrict tracking.
You may raise a complaint with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission or another competent authority where applicable. Contacting us first does not remove that right.
