This Privacy Policy describes how Radius AI Ltd ("Radius", "we", "us") handles personal data on our marketing website and product. If you're a customer's employee, your employer is the data controller — see the Data Processing Addendum.

2. What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service.
Personal data
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
2.1 Account data
Name, work email, role, company, and password (hashed).
2.2 Usage data
Product events (features used, pages viewed) associated with your user id.
2.3 Technical data
IP address, user agent, timestamps. Retained for 90 days for security purposes.

4. Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Subprocessors listed in the Subprocessors page.
- Authorities where legally required.
- Successors in the event of a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell personal data. We do not train AI models on your data.
5. Retention
- Account data — for the life of your account plus 30 days.
- Usage data — 24 months, then aggregated.
- Backups — 35 days rolling.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and UK GDPR you can:
- Access the personal data we hold on you
- Request rectification or erasure
- Object to or restrict processing
- Port your data to another service

If you believe we've mishandled your data, please contact us first — we take these things seriously. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
